THE DETAILS

Safety Guys has been supporting new workers entering Ontario’s construction industry for nearly two decades. Our Entry Level Construction Techniques and Safety program is built for people who are just starting out — job seekers, students, second-career participants, and anyone looking for a practical, confidence-building introduction to construction work.

This program blends safety training with hands-on skill development so participants understand both how to work safely and how to perform essential construction tasks.

From tool handling to site awareness, from Working at Heights to communication and jobsite expectations, our training reflects real projects, real hazards, and real employer needs.

We’ve delivered these programs in partnership with agencies such as St. Lawrence College, KEYS Employment Services, Career Edge, and community organizations, helping hundreds of new workers gain foundational skills and find meaningful work in construction.

Our focus is simple: teach the basics well, build confidence early, and prepare people to step onto a job site safely and successfully.
This course will be conducted at our new Base 31 Satellite Training Centre in Prince Edward County and at our Belleville location.
