THE Details

Fire can move fast, and even a small ignition can turn into a serious emergency without the right knowledge and response. Our introductory Fire Safety & Protection course gives workers the confidence to recognize fire hazards, prevent ignition, respond safely, and understand their responsibilities under Ontario’s fire and safety regulations.

Designed for all industries - including construction, industrial, warehousing, retail, hospitality, agriculture, and office environments - this course covers the fundamentals every worker needs to stay safe.

​Participants learn how fires start, how to prevent them, how to use fire extinguishers correctly, and what to do during an emergency or evacuation.

We combine clear instruction, practical demonstrations, and real-world examples to help workers understand not just the rules, but the why behind them. Whether you’re building a new safety program or strengthening the basics for your team, this course helps create a safer, more prepared workplace.

The final length of the course will depend on the number of students, their experience levels and class participation during discussions and practical training.
