THE DETAILS

Operating mid-size equipment takes skill, focus, and real hands-on practice. Whether you’re loading material on a busy site, trenching for utilities, or grading a driveway, these machines demand proper training to keep people safe and work moving smoothly.

Our Mid-Size Equipment Training brings together the most commonly used compact machines - Skid Steers, Mini Track Loaders, Backhoes, and Mini Excavators - into one practical, instructor-led course.

We teach operators how to run each machine safely, understand its limits, recognize hazards, perform inspections, and build confidence behind the controls.

We work closely with local employment agencies to help participants gain the confidence, certifications, and industry-ready skills needed to step into meaningful work.

Whether your goal is to break into construction, landscaping, municipal work, or skilled trades, our program gives you the experience, mentorship, and support to get started safely and successfully.

This course will be conducted at our new Base 31 Satellite Training Centre in Prince Edward County.
