    CANCELLATI0N POLICY: 
    ​    Cancellations will not be accepted without a minimum 48 hr notification via email. All cancellations are subject to a QHBA $25 administration fee. Refunds will not be given for no shows or registrations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Please confirm that you agree with these terms and conditions of registration.
