Mr. Watkins is a former Police Officer who has been the lead due diligence instructor for the drug investigation courses at the Ontario Police College, since 2006. He is an experienced health and safety professional who formerly served as the Provincial Director for Emergency Services within the Provincial Prevention System. Mr. Watkins is the co-author of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act on behalf of Carswell publishers. | ||
