Our Joint Health and Safety Committee Refresher training will build on the knowledge and skills you have acquired to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement effective preventive measures through inspections and investigations.
Refresher training is required every 3 years.
Your joint health and safety committee certification is valid for 3 years after the successful completion of an approved JHSC Part two training program to keep your certification valid. To be eligible for refresher training, workers must have successfully completed both parts of an approved JHSC certification program. This course serves as a refresher on the many duties and obligations of the JHSC or WHSC, supplemented with practical tools like checklists, sample documents, and monitoring systems for tasks such as hazard recognition, meetings, and assessments.

What we provide: Full colour manuals, student workbooks, a copy of the Green Book, an engaging, highly knowledgable instructor, comfortable chairs, group discussions and evaluations. We submit your training records though SkillsPass to the Chief Prevention Officer (CPO).
