Hands-On Practical Training Our training programs include hands-on exercises and simulations to give your employees real-world experience in operating forklifts safely. This approach ensures better retention of knowledge and improves overall safety performance. Students receive 3.5 hours of theory training to help them first understand how a skid steer works, how to identify hazards and operate safely. This is followed by our practical training session. Our instructors work closely with students to ensure they can demonstrate how to inspect the machine, use controls, steer, brake, drive with control and lift loads safely. |
