THE DetailsOur Workplace Violence and Harassment Training is designed to help workers understand their legal responsibilities under Ontario’s OHSA and the Workplace Violence and Harassment Regulation (O. Reg. 297/13). This course focuses on the duties of employees, while also highlighting the additional obligations supervisors and employers must meet to stay fully compliant with current laws.
If this topic is new to you, our goal is to help you recognize what a respectful, inclusive workplace looks like - and how you can play an active role in creating it.
We also address difficult but necessary subjects, including workplace violence, sexual harassment, prevention strategies, reporting procedures, and how workers can help stop harmful behaviour before it escalates. |
