THE Details

Falls remain one of the leading causes of workplace injuries across Ontario and Canada, and ladder-related incidents account for a significant portion of those injuries. Most of these incidents are preventable with proper training, equipment selection, and safe ladder practices.

Our Ladder Safety course teaches workers how to plan their work, assess hazards, and use ladders safely and responsibly. Participants learn how to select the right ladder for the task, inspect it before use, set it up correctly, maintain three-point contact, prevent same-surface slips and trips, and follow all applicable workplace guidelines and regulations.

This course is ideal for workplaces such as retail stores, offices, warehouses, restaurants, and light industrial environments where workers use ladders but do not require fall arrest systems.
Training focuses on practical prevention strategies and safe habits that help reduce the risk of falls and keep workers confident and protected on the job.

​Course Length: In-class theory followed by practical training with personal fall protection equipment
​Experienced Trainees 1.5-3 hours
1-6 Participants: $900.00/Session
7-12 Participants: $1,000.00/Session
* this can be provided as a morning and afternoon session

New Trainees 2 – 4 hours 
1-6 Participants: $1000.00/Session
7-12 Participants: $1,200.00/Session
