We have all heard stories about the terrible accidents that happen every year when machinery or equipment is not properly locked out. Sadly, every year, workers are maimed, crushed and electrocuted across Canada in completely preventable workplace accidents.
We need to take Lockout Tagout more seriously. It is often the least expensive and most effective way to protect you and the people you work with.
Taking this online course is a great beginning. We will introduce you to the information necessary to implement Lockout Tagout procedures (LOTO) and help you understand the different types of hazardous energy and the risks they impose. You will be equipped with the knowledge to take this training back to your workplace and work with your team to put the right protocols in place.
