This comprehensive course introduces well-meaning concepts - how employees, supervisors, and employers in Ontario can build and maintain a respectful workplace that’s free of violence, harassment, and discrimination.
We realize completely that this is not an easy task, and this course author recognizes that one online course alone is not going to change the world - but if it can open even one person's eyes to realize that they are or have been guilty of being a bad human being and that they need to do better...then that is a start.
